1Combine flour , baking powder , yeast , sugar , salt into a bowl .flour: 475 g, baking powder: 1 tsp, yeast: 1 packet, sugar: 2 tsp, salt: 2 tsp

2Combine milk , yogurt , egg then pour into flour mixture and stir.milk: 160 ml, yogurt: 175 ml, egg: 1

3Add oil and garlic cloves (minced) and knead.oil: 2 tbsp, garlic cloves: 2

4Knead dough on counter for ⏱️ 12 minutes . Cover bowl tightly with a piece of plastic wrap or a lid. Set aside to proof at room temperature for ⏱️ 40 minutes .

5Preheat oven to 260˚C.

6Divide dough into 6 equal portions.

7Roll each ball into a flat oval.

8Bake each until naan are cooked through, puffed up, and golden with browned spots, about ⏱️ 4 minutes .
